Kelly Tshibaka, Founder & CEO

For 17 years, Kelly oversaw audits, investigations, modernization, compliance, and data analytics of federal agencies to improve organizations, achieve results, and attain cost savings. After serving as the Acting Inspector General of the Federal Trade Commission, Chief Data Officer of the US Postal Service, and as an attorney in the Department of Justice and the Office of the Director of National Intelligence, she was appointed and confirmed as Commissioner of Administration for the State of Alaska. Through team efforts, she helped achieve up to $399 Million in realized or potential financial results for the State. In 2022, Kelly ran for US Senate in Alaska. She now hosts the popular show STAND. Kelly is a graduate of Texas A&M University and Harvard Law School.

Niki Tshibaka, President

Niki is a visionary leader with demonstrated tactical skills and executive level experience in government and nonprofits. Niki served as Chief Human Resources Officer for the Municipality of Anchorage, Assistant Commissioner of the Alaska Department of Education, and an attorney for the U.S. Department of Justice Civil Rights Division. He has conceptualized and executed transformational strategic initiatives that delivered outstanding results, organizational efficiency, and demonstrated entrepreneurial skills to develop strategy, road maps, and lead change. Niki is a graduate of Amherst College and Harvard Law School.

Mary Ann Pruitt

In 2020 and in 2023, Mary Ann Pruitt was chosen as a Top Woman in Media Industry Leader, described as “[not] afraid to take decisive action, break down barriers, invent new solutions, and apply unusual and creative thinking to resolve complex issues.” Her hard work and savvy strategy skills have led her company, Mosaic Media, to year after year growth, and expanded her impact as an industry leader in all things traditional, digital, and everything in between.

Dr. Gary Dunahoo brings to the team a 30-year career as an educator, pastor, and personal development professional. A highly skilled executive coach, program leader, human development professional, and founder of a successful executive development firm, Gary specializes in team-building and individual and group motivation. Gary is also known for his effectiveness in building valuable leadership teams on behalf of community nonprofits, spearheading productive facility expansions, and helping women reach top positions of corporate leadership.

With over 20 years of experience as an executive in the nonprofit sector, Jessica has extensive experience in community development, organizational health, and leveraging successful business strategies for social good. Denali Tshibaka is a graduate of Texas A&M University. With years of experience in different areas of campaigns, a BA in Political Science, and service as the former President of the Political Science Aggies at Texas A&M, Denali brings well-rounded skills to our Political Consulting branch.
